Supply ChainData Submittal


In order to streamline and promote the flow of design data, Beechcraft Corporation is standardizing the method to which data can be submitted. In addition to a single point of entry for design data, this system will also provide a confirmation e-mail to the supplier once the data has been reviewed.

Notes on Submitting Data

  1. All data submitted should have signatures and a company release date.


  2. Electronic data should be submitted in a standard format for viewing. Acceptable formats include files types supported by Microsoft Office Programs, PDF files, Tiff, Bitmaps, etc.


  3. All data should be submitted by using the methods listed below.

Submitting Data Electronically Using Email (Using Word 97 or Later)

  1. Download the Data Submittal Form (here).


  2. Fill out the Data Submittal Form completely using Microsoft Word. Instructions on filling out the form can be found here (PDF).
    Note: One form needs to be filled out for each document submitted.


  3. Attach the completed Data Submittal Form along with the document being submitted to the following email address: supplier_data@beechcraft.com.

Submitting Data by Mail

  1. Download and fill out the Data Submittal Form (Word or PDF). Instructions on filling out the form can be found here (PDF).
    Note: One form needs to be filled out for each document submitted.


  2. Attach the completed Data Submittal Form with the documents being submitted and mail to the following address:

Submitting Data via FAX

  1. Download and fill out the Data Submittal Form (Word or PDF). Instructions on filling out the form can be found here (PDF).
    Note: One form needs to be filled out for each document submitted.


  2. Attach the completed Data Submittal Form with the documents being submitted and FAX to the following number: 316.671.2715

  2. If your company does not have a CAGE Code, please call 316.676.5534 so Beechcraft Corporation can assign an internal tracking number.
