I've always wanted to learn how to fly. Just never had enough spare money after living expenses to justify.

Things might change though. So, I am going to try and learn as much as possible. Just in case, that big "IF", turns into a "DOES" happen.

If you don't have a vision, you can't drive to it. Mine has wings, so I think I'll fly.

A good way to get started flying is to commit to an hour or two per month. Eventually you'll need to stepup the pace to complete the exam, but it'll get you going in the right direction...

I started flying when I was only 16 years old, but I had to give up very soon, even before making my first solo.
After many, many years, three months before my 50th birthday I decided to give myself a big present and I joined a flying school. 12 days after my birthday I passed my check, getting a "volo da diporto e sportivo" (leisure and sport flight) license: a sort of light sport licence that is cheaper than the PPL (extremly expensive in Italy, not like in the US) and allows to fly light two seaters. My wife is a little jelous of my 100hp high wing plane, but I'm happy.
It's never too late to make your dreams come true.

Although the news a rather bleak these days, entrepreneurs are still dreaming, still aspiring, and still creating.

The US Chamber of Commerce is running a video contest called "I am Free Enterprise."

Want to be inspired? Want to smile? Watch these videos. This is definitely my "glass is half full" tip of the week!

Listen carefully to hear how each came to identify their opportunity from their every day lives. That is how most sustainable ventures are created. There are some great lessons in each video on how to find opportunity even in these tough economic times.
