Here is a picture of the Bonanza N3705Q my father had in 1978. I'd love to get another ride in that Beech!

V-tail. Great old plane, it was the first one I was taken up in as a boy of 12.

I had a Beecgcraft F33A - Same engine and inside - It was a plane I had the most fun in and boy it was fast - Two bladed prop and went like a bat out of hell - 172 kts. CofG always used to be a problem when close to max take-off weight. Power was never a problem. In single engines I also ALWAYS install an engine monitor for safer flight...
